These terms govern your use of Unscroll, a product of Sorvanis ("we", "us"). By using Unscroll you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Unscroll lets you save Instagram reels and posts and organizes them into a personal, searchable library of summaries, transcripts, and thumbnails that link back to the original content. Unscroll is provided for your personal reference.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the links and content you submit.
• Only submit content you have the right to save, or that you are permitted to reference for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Do not use Unscroll to infringe others' rights, to break the law, or to violate Instagram's or Meta's terms.

Copyright and takedown

We respect intellectual-property rights. Unscroll stores only low-resolution thumbnails, still frames, and transcripts, and links to the original post rather than re-hosting the source video. If you are a rights holder and believe content in Unscroll infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at dev@sorvanis.ai with: (1) identification of the work, (2) the item or URL in Unscroll, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We will remove infringing material promptly.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and data at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

Unscroll is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
